Brad Woo saves us again! Unfortunately, I've had to call Brad in a pinch two times in the past two months! He worked his magic on some Magnetic Putty that was all over my microfiber couch after a sleepover party and then saved us again this week. I'll spare you the details, but we were VERY thankful for him working us into his day (imagine result of puppy getting into 2 lbs of raw hamburger)! We've also used him to do a yearly clean of our carpets. Every time has been so great! He's friendly, thorough and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!!

I am a REALTOR, and Brad at Steam Master is always at the top of my list of recommended local carpet cleaners. He does good work, using a quality truck-based system. I frequently point out to clients that a truck-based system will clean better and extract much more of the water on the spot, decreasing drying time as compared to any home cleaning machines. I am also fairly certain that Brad has access to some exciting chemical stain removers that mere mortals do not. Highly recommended!
